Brighton Racecourse is just minutes from the vibrant city centre and seafront, making it a convenient day out for local residents and a must for any weekend tripper’s itinerary.

It is a flat track and so racing takes place between April and October and then the focus turns to events, including the Fireworks Spectacular with live music, sportsmen’s dinners and craft fairs.

The highlight of Brighton’s racing calendar is the three-day August Festival which in 2011 attracted more than 10,000 visitors and included the course’s richest race of the year, Ladies Day and family day in conjunction with Brighton and Hove Albion FC.

The racecourse team are also experts in delivering events and with a choice of suites available, as well as level outside space, it’s the perfect choice for your meeting, conference, exhibition, wedding or other occasion.
